Sudan's cleric-backed National Islamic Front regime in the Arab and Muslim north declared a jihad on the mostly Christian and animist south in 1989. Since 1983, an estimated 2 million people have died from war and related famineIt sounds as if the atrocities committed here are on the Saddam scale, maybe worse.
We need to destroy this radical Muslim regime and..., oh, wait a minute,... these are Christians. Never mind.

So what do we do about it? Killing Christians is normal behavior all around the world. Even here in this country they are looked down upon by the left wing bottom feeders and the laws passed by congress and, the Supreme Satins, are Anti Christian.

I doubt we'll do anything about it. Sudan is in no position to threaten U.S. interests or the security of Americans...yet.

After visiting your Web Site Link I decided a second opinion was in order. Thanks

Jacob Gadet Manyiel, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Sudan, and his wife and four children were burned to death as government soldiers stood outside their house and threatened to shoot anyone trying to escape.

If people want on or off this list, please let me know.

I doubt we'll do anything about it. Sudan is in no position to threaten U.S. interests or the security of Americans...yet. Maybe when Canada and Mexico become Islamist we'll do something...maybe. As long as people not being murdered in this country, why be concerned. Oh wait! There are people being murdered here.

The Islamist fanatics have been plaguing the Sudan for well over a century -- at least since the Mahdi killed Chinese Gordon. Churchill was part of Kitchener's force that suppressed the Mahdists in the late 1890's -- major battle at Omdurman.

So what do we do about it?
"Secretary of State Colin Powell met with Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail "
What should be done about it? How about a change in foreign policy? Have we officially admitted yet that we are occupying Iraq? Appeasement was a mistake in the 30s, and it is a mistake today.

Islam is an insane murder cult. Eventually, the sane parts of the world will come to understand this fact.

Please don't get me wrong. I'd love to see us administer lead enemas to all the Islamofascist crazies. But Washington isn't likely to go adventuring for purely altruistic reasons. Nor, objectively speaking, should it.
America should deploy her military power only when there's a strong case that American interests or American lives are genuinely at stake. Afghanistan was such a case. Iraq was such a case. There will be others. Eventually, Sudan might be one. But the gray heads of the Administration don't see Sudan as one yet. As horrible as the events in Sudan have been, I'm disinclined to second-guess them from a position of ignorance.

What is going on in the Sudan should be brought to the attention of the Saudis, as well as the Sudanese, forthwith. Back in the 1970s, the plight of the Jews in the USSR was connected to the issues which were of concern to the Soviets in their relations with us. In that way, emigration of Jews from the USSR was aided.
Saudi money and influence flow throughout the Islamic world. Why do we still aid them with military, intelligence and technology assistance ?Why is their issue of Palestinians of more import than that of two million dead Sudanese Christians ?
Whoever speaks for the Christians in this world ? What about hate crimes against our those of our faith?

Nobody gives a tinker's damn about 2 million dead black Christians. Not Jesse Jackson, not Koffee Annon, not Nelson Mandela, not Prince Bandar and his 300 brothers, not "President" (sic) Mubarak.
Nobody.

Uhhh, liberals, especially you of Jewish background...
...will you listen to me NOW when I say that the Islamics are the New Nazis?
Just like the Old Nazis, ready to kill anyone they don't like, no matter
how young they are.
And ready to fry them as well.

The Sudanese Muslims are just upset that the Palestinians don't have their own state. That's how the Left always explains Islamic terrorism.
