I have no problem with the idea that being a Grand Kleagle in the KKK should lead to a lifetime exclusion from the United States Senate. There are plenty of worthy people from West Virginia who have never held high office in the Klan. Not everything can be made better by saying one is sorry and asking us all to "move on".
