Titled:Peterson family planned to deep some property.
Scott's mother revealed that the wedding dress was taken in a mid Jan burglery....a few dys later police identified the suspect. The suspect was one of many people who had access to the home. Jackie P. said her son got the wedding dress back and had it cleaned and boxed.

I have seen a report that Laci was last seen wearing diamond stud earings, gold watch and a gold wedding ring.
I have also seen it mentioned that in the missing persons report it says she was wearing her rings.I guess we should try to find the missing persons report to see if Scott reported, the last time he saw her she had her rings on.

She has a tattoo of a sunflower on her left ankle Was her left lower leg missing? Could be Scaughty didn't want this to be used to ID her. Too bad he isn't more savvy about forensic evidence.

OIC. In this case, are you sure that your name is not 'taboo'?

Last night, a search warrant was served at the Peterson residence. The focus of the search warrant was to attempt to locate evidence of any activity before or after Laci's disappearance and evidence of a stranger intrusionSo he had from 8:30 on the 23rd until the night of the 26th to "clean up."
(BTW, who on EARTH wrote that press release, a 10th grader??)

Meanwhile, tensions escalated as battles over personal belongings continued this weekend between the Petersons and Laci's family, the Rochas. The latest squabble was apparently over Laci's wedding ring, which Scott Peterson wants back. In an interview with Fox News, Rocha family attorney Adam Stewart said he was retained about two months ago by Laci's mother, Sharon Rocha, to oversee the property matters in the case.
Rocha asked Stewart not to discuss the wedding ring details with Fox News. But Stewart did say that the Peterson family ignored the Rochas' repeated requests to go into Laci and Scott's Modesto (search) home to go through some of Laci's belongings.
Maybe this has been discussed, but why wasn't the wedding ring on Laci's hand?

Maybe this has been discussed, but why wasn't the wedding ring on Laci's hand? There is the outside chance that Laci was having a new ring made using the old wedding ring and other jewelry that was left to her by a relative. Her Mom would know which jeweler had the jewelry as they would have probably discussed the matter. Some have reported that the Rochas have retrieved the items from the jeweler.

They only THOUGHT it was a white panel truck.....it was actually a white Bronco!hahaha, when is OJ gonna pop up and offer to help?
If only Geragos and the Petersons were lurking on these threads to see just how people view them and their idiotic theories : )

The wedding ring held some (monetary) VALUE to Scott, unlike Laci and Connor. This is just my opinion, of course.

It is telling that while Scott had a perfectly good lawyer in the beginning, we never heard a WORD about the satanic cult or Donnie. These accusations/fabrications came about with the hiring of Geragos.
Now either McCallister didn't know HOW to leak.....or Scott didn't tell him about these facts (we know Scott knew WHO did it from his phone conversations with Amber--if those leaks prove to be true)......or those 'facts' are a recent development.
Much in the theme of Have Gun Will Travel......Geragos should have a motto of "Have Geragos Will Lie"

I believe I heard this morning on Fox & Friends that the ring in question was made with a diamond that once belonged to Scott's grandmother. This may make possession of the ring a valid concern, but the Peterson's behavior toward Laci's family is beneath contempt.
