Very simple solution to this one. Don't marry anyone, and don't fool around.

I am 31 and have been engaged before. Of course, she left me with 10 minutes notice one day, and that was that.

If we'd been married, and I'd had kids with her, I'd be paying for the next several years, and probably only rarely see my kids.

The divorce laws and child support laws are stupid, and most women that I know would or do exploit them unscrupulously. Even if you find one that wouldn't, you don't know that until you try.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to be married with a family, but I don't see it happening. That's a pretty stupid risk to take, in light of how it has turned out for several of my friends.

When you get lonely, is that an excuse to gamble with half of your life's savings? Is it worth gambling with any children that you may have?

It amazes me that women get upset if you should suggest a prenuptual agreement. Of course they would. It is easy to be upset when you think you can't split and take half my stuff, no questions asked.

That's my situation except I'm 46. I always anticipated I would be a good family man and a loving provider. I wanted that so badly. But I didn't want it so badly as to risk seeing myself in the same situation I saw so many other good and fair men in.

I'm sorry. Women just aren't worth the risk. Too unstable. Too easy to start a tear factory in front of a judge, acuse you of anything without the need to prove a word of it and make off with everything you've sweated your whole life to achieve without a moment's regret.

When the "House" is that stacked against a player, it's better to keep the change in your pocket and walk out of the casino while you still can.

Sadly, that may be the only solution. When men are considered merely "sperm donors",
then perhaps men should avoid creating children and allow the women to select anonymous
sperm donors. At least then, there would be no question of responsibility, it would be 100%
the woman's. What troubles me the most is we all have an inherent desire to love and be loved.
There is so much man bashing, I'm amazed that the number of gay men isn't doubling every month.

Fortunately, I'm at an age where loving and being loved by my sons, parents and siblings can satisfy me.
I don't see a relationship with a female in the offing, as its just not worth it.
