Can someone please explain to me how the required tubal ligation is more invasive when the baby is delivered and allowed to continue living as opposed to the tubal ligation and killing the baby? Infanticide.

Yes. I will, because it is still wrong. Her 'latest position' is exactly what it was before. Primary concern for her retarded, very disabled daughter who was raped. To call her a 'soul-less wench' repels reasonable people from your cause. So if your goal is to change minds on abortion, it fails.

I would have wished that the child had been born normal. But what ever condition it was born in, its life would have been as precious to it as yours is to you and mine is to me.
