Just look at Post 272. The poster suggested that now that the Rochas had gone into the house--against the will of Scott's attorneys--that the defense would proceed to claim that the scene had been "compromised" and that now the defense would be deprived of doing "their own investigation".
I told that poster I thought she was right on. I think Geragos has some motion or other in there in which he demands that the house be left as is, so the defense can do their own investigation. I think he will claim that this is now impossible due to the Rochas' actions, and will later use that as a ground for appeal, if an appeal is necessary.
