Geragos put out the cult theory, the brown van theory, the mystery woman theory, the "we're going to find the real killer" theory.... all to taint the jury pool in my opinion.
Well, he's just tainted the jury pool big time as far as I can see!
Refusing a mother of a murdered daughter access to her childs personal belongings is something people will remember!
Next he will want a change of venue because of a biased jury.........I pray he doesn't get it.

These are really side issues (moving Laci's stuff out of the house). But the one thing Geragos wants is the trial moved out of Modesto and he's doing everything he can to say, "See, Judge! We can't have the trial here. The jury pool is tainted."

Even if the trial was held in Point Barrow, Alaska, they've heard of the case.
