These are really side issues (moving Laci's stuff out of the house). But the one thing Geragos wants is the trial moved out of Modesto and he's doing everything he can to say, "See, Judge! We can't have the trial here. The jury pool is tainted."
Even if the trial was held in Point Barrow, Alaska, they've heard of the case.
If that's what he's doing, then I hope the judge is smart enough to realize it and refuses to move the trial. It's one thing to try and help your client, it's totally another to do this to the family of the victim. There is just no acceptable reason for MG's actions.
HE is tainting the jury. He should not be able to do that AND get a change of venue IMO.
