Good grief. If Powell runs, I'll vote for Hillary as she seems to be to the right of Powell. How about a Conservative for a change?

Since the UN and France screwed Powell, he has moved more to the right regarding his politics IMO!

I want a conservative to run in '08, not a moderate or a liberal.

I disagree with your assessment of Tommy. He is a big reason we have this huge deficit right now. Even with a line-item veto at his disposal, he signed budget after budget with high percentage spending increases. Oh, sure he did some good things, but he wasn't fiscally conservative. Not by a long shot.
