[history]
President Bush said Wednesday that though Americans had been "disappointed and frustrated" by French opposition to war in Iraq, an upcoming summit in France would not be confrontational.
The president, in interviews with French media, said it was time for both nations to move beyond disagreements and work to fight problems like AIDS.

President Bush can move on.... I will NEVER forget the backstabbing our Country took from the Frenchy!
France is like the cheating whore wife, you can move on but you will never forget... or trust again.

You know Bush doesn't want to move on, he probably would love to punch prissy, back stabbing, cripe in the mouth! But being the statesman that Bush is, he knows he must do what is right. However, if old butt hole tries to embarrasse Bush like the papers said that he would....NO HOLDS BARRED!!

On the other hand, if we wiped the slate clean the French will only begin filling it all over again. I do not personally regard France as an enemy country, but it is demonstrably a hostile one.

I understand that GWB has to play the diplomat now, but as far as this American goes... France is DEAD to me!

If my wife was cheating I'd end it, divorce her, and be totally done with her.
Has France behaved so poorly, as to earn our moving her from ally to neutral? Or to enemy?

What if you had kids? Un-extricable joint economic imvestments that would leave you both broke if liquidated? Went to the same church? Bowled in the same place?
This is a teeny, tiny world nowadays. We are stuck with the French Hussy -- I agree that I will hold it over France as long as I draw breath on this Earth. GWB, OTOH, has to deal with the hand he is holding, and it includes France (although I think he has done an admirable job of marginalizing the frogs while honestly saying "who, me?")

What if you had kids? Un-extricable joint economic imvestments that would leave you both broke if liquidated? Went to the same church? Bowled in the same place? Oh, well when you put it that way. I guess I'd have to stay married, degrade myself, cover for her, swallow my pride, envy all the other couples I knew that lived up to their vowels, give up sex for the rest of the marriage so I didn't catch anything, and generally live the rest of my life as a lie. Either that, or I could find a honey for myself. Nahhhhh, I'd divorce the witch.

LOL
But I was just sayinhg, we're stuck with the witch. The kids argument is the most compelling (and closest to what we ar up against). I have to assume you would fight to make sure the kids were part of your life. And that would mean compromise. That's sorta what we're up against with the Whore of Europe.
Thankk God GWB is doing what he has to do, so I can hate the insufferable Frogs until the day I die.

oh brother... for him to say that means there is something he still WANTS from them...

It's time we realized that France, Germany, Canada
represent a different mind-set that is incompatible
with ours. They hate capitalism and will do anything
to destroy it.
To: truth_seeker
France is an enemy. The sooner we acknowledge that fact, the less ability they will have to damage us further.
