Why am I not surprised that the Clinton administration may have left Speicher out to dry.
Wouldn't want to have to make any tough decisions and distract him from his BJs.

Not to defend Clinton, because I won't, but the Bush Sr. Admin also sold Speicher out. This has been a continual pattern of the U.S. Government since WWII. I'm not sure what is driving this policy, but it really stinks.
