If her body had beeen wrapped in plastic and taped shut and the child was espelled post mortem and remained in this wrap until it tore, some of the tape could have become wrapped around the neck as it floated free. The point is, without more, this adds little to the resolution of the case.

You better believe it. Who else are Rita and Geraldo talking to? The other day Geraldo said to Geragos "I'll miss you..." as in if there is a gag order put on the case by the judge. This is another leak by the defense trying to beat the gag order and buttress their claims of a satanic cult.

Which, BTW - was supposed to be revealed to us in "hours or days" as the "real killers" since they ID'd the "mystery woman"?

It looks like Mark Geragos has made his daily phone call to Rita Cosby and Dan Abrams--same leak from their Shpecial Shources.

This presumes that San Francisco Bay is pristine--no garbage or detrius anywhere in the bay (no tape, plastic 6-pack containers, fishing line, leaders, you name it)--and that the wound--if it is a wound-- was made by a knife and not by a propeller or from other damage from the time the baby was expelled from the womb via a coffin birth and made its way to shore.

I can't believe reporters are that gullible and that stupid.

Oh, and this is how we're going to spend out summer: Geragos is going to whisper another defense theory into Rita's ear and Rita unquestiongly reports it as though she's Geragos' mouthpiece.
