Yes, I watched the wreath laying ceremony at Arlinton National Cemetery. Though I missed that were someone had said "God bless you, Mr. President" I wished I could've seen that! :O)

Hi, Pippin....just getting back to the board, drawn outside at 3 to work some more in my flower beds.

On any given day from now on, you might allow for the fact the days are longer, and we take advantage of that to putter and water the plants, and just enjoy the cooler days.
The reprieve will end any day, our nights still in the 60's and 50's, and days generally in the 70's - a few getting to 80 now.

Love it this time of year, mimosa and honeysuckle time, and the flowers planted are flourishing....picked some for you - -

You'll have to imagine the wonderful smell....
and this is the pink mimosa growing wild along the runoff stream
on two sides of the back yard (corner lot)...
