Amber might feel exploited? How about Amber exploiting her new found notariety?? Clearly there is absolutely no one putting a gun to her head and saying "pose nude and take this half a million or else!!! All she had to do, or still do, is say NO!

As far as "...seeing how she might take it", reminds one of that old punch line, "we've established what you are, now we are negotiating the price".

This situation doesn't make Amber a victim... Amber is making Amber a victim.

Bingo! There are also post trial interviews and book deals to be considered as well. She has a great deal of "inside" information stemming from her cooperation with LE and being (so far)the star prosecutorial witness.

COMPELETELY UNFAIR. Amber Frey hasn't signed any deal to pose for new pics. It's possible someone has pics they want to sell, she's posed nude in the past.

If she signed a release for proffessional pics they can arguably do what they want with them... if she's entitled to compensation for publication they might offer her money.

It doesn't mean she has accepted any such offer.
It doesn't mean she will accept any of the many sordid offeres I'm sure have been made to her.

The report, from Cindy Adams icky gossip column, is just some guy who says he wouldn't be surprised to see her pose nude, and speculates on what kind of money such pics would bring. It's not a report that she's signed a deal or is looking for offers

The column was used as an effective tool to smear Ms. Frey (fooled you, didn't it), and probably by someone in
the Geragos camp....they fed her all kinds of things about Winona, et al.
