Sorry about the double post. The thing was being stubborn and didn't follow the usual protocol.

"You're giving up substantial rights to develop, in perpetuity - owners hundreds of years from now will still have to abide by those restrictions," she said.

The way to fix that is that no deed restrictions can survive past the death of the owner.

This story was told once before, but the problem with it is that unlike the Dixie Chick story the media has not followed up. BIG conservative INVESTOR in the POLITICAL story need to run isssue ads and get this story on the front page right now as a follwo up to JB. Show the bias by WHAT YOU DON'T REPORT.

"Mommie! The bad people are over-stimulating my gag reflex again!"

"Protect land in perpetuity" said the Conservancy scoundrel. Sure, and the Royal Forests of England were protected by something rather more powerful than a greenie lawyer - how 'bout the axe of the Royal Executioner?

But even the Executioner's axe couldn't protect the Royal Forests from the woodsman's axe when English needs changed.

Those who claim to be able to see down the hidden halls of time and furthermore think themselves sufficiently wise to set America's far distant land use needs in stone are clearly deluded.

Where's that net and straight jacket?

'Business got in under the tent, and we are the ones who invited them in. These corporate executives are carnivorous. You bring them in and they just take over.'"

This man should be an example to school children everywhere of how not to take responsibility. I suppose he and his statist, anti-private property friends had this type of scheme in mind for the Klamath Basin. What a cynical bunch of whores!

Sorry. Couldn't help myself. Dr. Bill Wattenberg is my favorite spokesman against these enviro-nazis. Have you heard him on the western station KGO?
