How true. When I talk to black associates, many of whom are deeply devout Christians, they agree w/every conservative point I make and yet they still vote for the Dims. I just don't get it.

I can't tell you what kind of looks I get when I'm with a group of blacks, the talk turns political - with the obligatory Bush jokes - and I tell them I voted for Bush. Since I'm black, I guess they think that we all have the same mindset and they can say what they want. I have to call them on their idiotic statements.

On the other hand, I wonder how homeland security will affect all of this - some blacks I know in DC are ready to vote for GWB because of the security issues particular to DC. They know they need a strong man in the White House.
