He wasn't supposed to have the WMD after the Gulf War. That was a condition of the CEASE FIRE AGREEMENT! He violated the 1991 cease-fire, ergo, he restarted the war against us first.

But, let's be frank. Many, many people go missing every day, yet you hear nothing about them, do you?

What talking point was I wrong about? Did the CIA find the weapons or not? They didn't. They found a truck that may, note I said may, have been used for chemical weapons. However they didn't find any chemical weapons did they? Sheesh, just what does it take to believe something so blindly? We're supposed to believe while Iraq was gearing up for war that they had the time to scrub down two trucks to the point that no evidence of weapons could be found, drive them out into the desert, destroy thousands of tons of 'existing' chemical weapons, and prepare for defense against a much larger and much more prepared army? All within the span of two months, which is the time since which Bush made the committment in his SOTU speech in January for Hussein to get rid of the weapons?
