1) Well, Wanda, Unless the North Koreans or Chinese have developed a secret new MANNED nuclear missle warhead, ABMs are not designed to kill ANYONE, and never will..
2) Our ABMs won't have nuclear warheads so I don't quite see why "No Nukes North" would protest them. And if their goal is keeping nukes out of Alaska, they'll only help.

This is like a gun control group protesting bullet proof vests, or even better, an animal rights group protesting outside of an abortion clinic.
