You know, I recall three years ago, Art Bell's crowd freaking over US Army excercises in "Urban Training"...fighting in urban environments...because it was a sure sign we were preparing to fight Clinton's Apocholypse against US civilians. And that it turned out more that we were preparing to fight in urban cities in Iraq and Iran. Time will tell in all things...
