Still waiting on why you decided I don't have a clue.

Wondering why Dallas and NYC both have programs for civilian observers.

Are you afraid to admit you're wrong? Or do you simply like to make a short statement without follow-up to the person you put down?

Citizen's prefer to be referred to by other citizens, their equals, in situations where they are - theoretically anyway - equal under the law as citizens.

Using the term "civilian observer" implies police operate under differnet laws. While this is increasingly the case in practice, tolerating this is wrong.

You did say you knew police are civilians, so you were not clueless. Roscoe on the other hand...
