Nairobi, Kenya (CNSNews.com) - With a slow warming in relations between the U.S. and Sudan, aid groups report an improvement in Khartoum's attitude toward humanitarian efforts there, and analysts hope for positive spin-offs for peace moves aimed at ending a long and bloody civil war.

This could have been started several years earlier, I suspect, if pseudo-Prez Big Creep had been actually interested in sustaining our national security, instead of selling out and disarming a nation, not just its military, he obviously loathes. Hopefully this means ultimately an end to Sudanese slavery and butchering of Southern Christians.

If you want to know the real score...VOM (Voice of the martyrs) has a bit of a differing take

All this has been done many times before...and with the same results

The muslims terrorists have been allowed by the oil companies to arm themselves to the teeth heavy artillary, helicopter gunships, attack aircraft, wellarmed troops, and mechinized infantry

The south has little if any defensive weaponry

The north targets schools, hospitals and of course Christian churches and civic centers
The oil companies are content to keep the civil war and damage to their operations at a minimum by arming the muslims...they have oil relations with other muslim dominated countries
so it pays not to rile them in the Sudan..

Better to sacrifice the Christians ...besides once the muslims steal the southern oil properties these same companies will enjoy a good position if they continue to back the muslims and allow them to continue to murder rape steal torture and enslave the Christians of the south...
