I think the crime was seriously PRE-meditated. Home made anchors ( some of which are missing), missing chicken wire, purchase of the boat which Laci knew Nothing of, the girlfriend(s), the absolutely bizarre behaviour after she went missing, eg: selling her car, attempting to sell the house within a week or so, out drinking and laughing with co-workers, golfing, etc. etc. I too believe that the MPD have a LOT of good evidence including blood. All we are hearing is some of the nibbles form the edges

Well I think they are furiously searching for one of those anchors that Snott made that he cannot account for. According to Nancy Grace, IF they find an anchor with anything attached to it linking Laci, IT'S OVER!! He also cannot account for part of a roll of chicken wire. Frankly, I don't care if he gets the death penalty. I do want to see him NEVER get out of prison tho. I'm also curious as to why he had a second secured storage locker and what they found in it. Scott Peterson seemed to have a lot of secrets. A murder like that has to be planned. I suppose proving it may be a different thing but again, we don't know all they have.
