If I were going to do something like that, I would invite her fishing, do it out there, and wash the boat off while out from shore. But they ought to find some traces on a hose, or wash bucket, or under the rails or edges of the boat, if that's what happened. But right now, he is innocent.

I am surprised so far that no one here or on TV has mentioned the fact that after death the heart stops beating and the rush of blood is not the same as if the heart were still beating. I am sure it would be messy but not as bad I would assume as nichole...Myself I think they found brain matter in the house and that is what changed it to a homicide from a missing persons. Also if I remeber correctly her sister said something to the the effect I don't think she ever knew what hit her. Her head is missing no proof of being knocked over heard with objesct which I believe to be the cause of death...rigamortis would set in and would need to break bones or cut off for disposal perhaps....Ask any funeral home but if I am correct the arms have to be broke at elbows to cross arms in coffin
