Jay Walker jump-started an online shopping craze by inventing Priceline.com, the Web site that lets people bid on airplane tickets and hotel rooms.
Now Walker is hoping his newest brainchild revolutionizes a completely different field: national security.
The premise behind Walker's USHomeGuard is simple: America has 47,000 power plants, airports and other "critical infrastructure facilities."

Politicians constantly being stopped by the system as a "percieved security risk".. "suspicious looking".. "shifty eyes"... "looks anti-american to me"....
Congress will outlaw this system as soon as it goes into effect..
1. The watchers will not be paid. There are lots of people looking for something to do that would be willing to do this for nothing.
2. It will be an evolving thing, as more and more people install cameras and sensors to prevent vandalism and burglary.
Vandalism and burglary will become crimes of the past, especially in remote locations where the criminal will not be easily able to escape.
