Good stuff here. Thanks much for the flag. I was pleased to see that my scorecard tracks with the names mentioned, but there certainly were some details here I hadn't seen before.
They have assassinated al Qaeda leaders...
This especially intrigues me. Other than the Predator strike in Yemen, and the Mohammed Atef memorial bombardment (which I really wouldn't call an assassination), IIRC details haven't been very forthcoming publicly. I wonder if we'll soon here about more cowards being disposed of?

. Known as the Golden Chain, the roster included some of Saudi Arabia's wealthiest men: three billionaire bankers, top industrialists, and a former government minister. After each man appeared a second name, in parenthesis, suggesting who received money from the donor. "Osama" appeared after seven entries. Fringe element again.
How many of these guys were well known to US officials and businessmen through previous contacts......

Seems to me that, since "Half Dead Bob" has such a bad attitude, and plans to continue making the sort of bad choices in the future that he has made in the past, they should just go ahead and make him All Dead Bob.

Hmmm...were the names Al-Amoudi and Mahfouz on the list?
I still say that SARS is from Binny and his cohorts.
With billions and billions lost in the worlds economies, and soon millions and millions dead from the virus, anarcy will rule, and up jumps the terrs.

....U.S. analysts were digesting the windfall of intelligence from around the world. Interrogators now knew what questions to ask him (Zubaydah). Even better, they knew some of the answers. "He initially gave us a bunch of outdated crap," says one official. I would love to have seen this interrogation: Wrong answer asshole.....ZZAAAAPP!!!. Now let's try this one more time.
Nashiri soon broke; he even let officials listen in as he called his associates. The result: A CIA Predator drone found the chief of his cell in Yemen, driving with four of his men on an isolated road. A Hellfire missile blasted apart their car, killing all.
This is another situation where I would have loved to be a fly on the wall. Tom Daschle is VERY CONCERNED about the the lack of basic liberties we are granting these people. Although he is conerned that we are not doing enough to fight the war on terrorism.

Bush never said, "If you're not with us, you're against us!"; he said "If you're not with us, you're with the terrorists!"

That's right on the button. Islam is a demonic religion.

Clinton had a wishbone; Bush has a spine (Pat Robertson).

I thank God every day that George W. Bush is President, and not that other guy. The Clinton scandals will continue to be uncovered from here until the end of our days. It astounds me, watching "Hannity and Colmes" last night for example, that people (e.g., Colmes and Geraldine Ferraro) can sit before a TV camera and with a straight face call Bill Clinton a "great President."

I've only gotten part way through this excellent article, and The Clinton Legacy just keeps popping up:
"...drafting CIA plans to assassinate bin Laden long before 9/11--plans that, on the order of higher-ups [Clinton], sat on the shelf.
"Nothing emboldened al Qaeda more than us [Clinton] not going after them," says Michael Rolince,..."
"....Bin Laden's top people were convinced the United States [Clinton] would respond to 9/11 with merely a volley of cruise missiles, interrogations later showed."
Clinton will spend the rest of his putrid, miserable life trying to convince us otherwise. The #1 job of the POTUS is Commander in Chief of the military, the military that Clinton loathed.
