I beg to disagree they were drunk and did not know what they were doing, The alcohol just help them lose their inhibitions.
Excuses for ones mental lapses and recklessness are too common in America and we use excuses to cover for our short comings and I do not exclude myself or loved ones. This type blame game has gone on for too long and has helped those in the world lose any morals we may have had.
Those filming should be prosecuted if they led it on or contributed to it but if it were done in public without their aid or encouragement they shouldnt even be prosecuted no matter how detestable.
Heck, you see and hear worse on TV daily.
I am basing this on the advertisement I have seen, I have never looked at the actual film.

You don't even have to do that. Just watch the "Cops" episodes that were filmed during Mardi Gras! Talk about bimbos on patrol!

"I beg to disagree they were drunk and did not know what they were doing, The alcohol just help them lose their inhibitions." What about personal responsibililty and accountability for one's own actions? Were they forced to get drunk or was getting dressed up and getting drunk a personal decision?

I beg to disagree they were drunk and did not know what they were doing, Far from being a mitigating factor, the plea of drunkenness actually compounds the guilt, since all involved chose to drink and thus chose a course of action that would undermine their good sense and healthy self-regard.

If they are under age and drunk they should be arrested.
Do you want to STOP TEENAGE DRINKING????????????????
if you want to stop MOST teenagers from drinking, if they get caught,
TAKE AWAY THEIR DRIVERS LICENSES UNTIL THEY GRADUATE!!
If they are caught twice, PUT THEM UNDER HOUSE ARREST, WITH COMMUNITY SERVICE EVERY WEEKEND FOR 1 YEAR.
To hard a punishment?
I did ask if you wanted to stop teenagers from drinking.

I beg to disagree they were drunk and did not know what they were doing Concerning the minors it really doesn't matter. If the law prohibits the filming of minors performing sex acts, and if what was filmed was minors performing sex acts as defined by law, those doing the filming have a real problem.

And what an advertisement it is!! The "infomercial" must be an hour long, and is so sexually charged, I cannot believe it is allowed on TV --during the day, especially, which is when I had the misfortune of coming across it. Boys make it known they LIKE that crap, then girls get the idea that is what THEY should be like in order to be wanted/liked by the boys, and we end up with a culture that is lewd crude and socially unacceptable. Thanks to TV, thanks to the A$$holes who make this crap, thanks to the chicks looking for an ego rush and thanks to the guys who buy into it...
