Well, it is about time! I saw these kids flashing when we were in New Orleans for spring break last year - my husband had a conference to go to there. The girls were drunk and didn't know what they were doing. Later, when they were sober, they probably found out they were stars of videos. I saw them taking off some of their clothes, and almost making love on the sidewalks. One couple's friends were trying to pull them apart and drag them off - they looked like dogs in heat! They all looked like high school and college kids.

I hope some kids realize what is at risk and they stop getting drunk in public places. They always end up in trouble that way! But the video makers are also taking advantage of these stupid drunk kids.

I'm sure it will take the little pervs at least three more weeks to "view" the evidence.

State Attorney Jim Appleman said only about half the footage has been viewed so far and it could take three more weeks to complete the investigation.

The police are reporting a severe shortage of policemen willing to view the tapes.

What a country. Girls have been going wild for as long as I can remember, thankfully.

So lets see, a bunch of guys have the nuts to actually take pictures of what these kids would be doing anyway.

Next they profit from it all.

Somehow the parents get hold of it all, odd.

What a great idea this was, I wish I did it first and had a jet and stuff now. Dude.

The fact is that the police and courts should have a better way of spending our money and thier time than babysitting a bunch of horny kids.

I thought that was the parents job.

I scanned this entire thread and couldn't find pictures or a link to the video. I want to see the evidence...maybe several times...before I can decide for myself.

Glad to see this. Those wishing to make porn movies for huge profit should at least verify that the girls they are using are over 18, especially when they are going through the trouble of renting hotel rooms and taking these girls back to them to do the filming. These guys knew damn well these girls were younger than 18. 16-year-old girls look like kids to me now that I am in my 30s. They didn't when I was 16, but now that I'm in my 30s, the difference between 16 and 18 is big in a lot of cases and very noticable.

Talk about life imitating art. I think David Caruso, who plays Horatio Caine on Miami:CSI busted a similar film crew in one this past season's episodes!

More than 100 criminal warrants have been served against three companies, the creator of the "Girls Gone Wild" video series and a camera operator...

Producer Joe Francis, 30, of Las Vegas, voluntarily appeared Thursday to be processed on 22 charges stemming from his arrest on April 2 with three employees. They were arrested at nearby Panama City Beach, one of the nation's leading spring break destinations, where they were filming videos.

Francis also is facing drug and lewdness charges. A camera operator, Mark D. Schmitz, 26, also is facing similar charges. Both are free on bond.

Also charged are Francis' company, Mantra Films Inc., Aero Falcons LLC and MRA Holding LLC. The companies each face about 20 charges.

Just a few nights ago, I caught part of one of the GGW TV advertisements. I believe it was called "Girls Gone Wild - Doggy Style", or something like that. Prominently featured in the ad was none other than Snoop Dogg himself; he is even shown holding a camcorder.

I wonder when his warrant is going to be served.

I hope they get fined and imprisoned up the wahzoo (no pun intended, but...). I'm sick of their never ending advertisements on three of my tv channels late night. But then again, it's also the parents' fault for letting their under aged little princesses go on spring break and Mardi Gras where they know full well what will be going on. The girls are to blame too because nothing could be filmed if they didn't wiggle things in front of the cameras. There's plenty of blame to go around.

Can we hope the next to be taken down will be Springer?

I was watching a segment on the Girls Gone Wild tapes on Dateline I think. I think a while back when they first started making the videos, they would tape girls flashing int a crowd but they didn't get any of the girls permission. I think some girls who found out they were on the videos sued. I think one girl was featured on the cover but she never flashed she was just in the crowd. She sued because friends, family, co workers, acquaintances etc. might think she was in the video going Wild. Now the GGW team asks the girls to flash, then they ask them to sign a release form to use the girls taped footage. I don't remember if they ask for ID. I remember on the dateline special one girl flashed but later after talking with her friends backed out and refused to sign the release form.

"State Attorney Jim Appleman said only about half the footage has been viewed so far and it could take three more weeks to complete the investigation. He said more charges could be filed. The challenge for investigators is to identify females on the videos and verify their ages, he said. "

What a cool job for a guy.. those guys are getting paid by the government to watch porn all day. Bet they are loving their jobs right now.

Thank goodness! I hope this means we won't be seeing these barely censored ads on late night TV anymore! They are disgusting, and just a step above porno.

Has anyone pointed out the real reason for the Florida authorities' decision to arrest the GGW crews? In case it needs to be pointed out, they're bad for business. According to the recreational sex ethic youngsters are force-fed in the media culture, what happens on spring break is supposed to stay on spring break. Anonymity is good for business, and the Florida resort operators are not about to let some punks from out of town ruin the most profitable week in the year.
