"Did you hear Clinton say that in 1952, when all the other kids in the neighborhood were watching Howdy Doody, he was laying on the floor watching the "wall-to-wall" coverage of the democratic and Republican conventions?"

Has anyone said that clinton was born in 1946?

From the Arkansas Historical Commission web site:

When did radio and television come to Arkansas?

The first radio station, WOK in Pine Bluff, began broadcasting in 1921. Television station KRTV in Little Rock went on the air in 1953.

The first political convention broadcasts did occur in 1952. He must have forgotten to check the history of Arkansas television, however.

This is very similar to his story about watching Martin Luther King's speech live, which I also believe was a lie.

I was thinking the same thing. Him saying at 6 he was watching politics is a stretch. Plus, according to my research, there were no TV Broadcast stations in Arkansas until 1953.
