The judge makes these decisions from written reports from doctors that see her.

If the disabled pregnant woman can say to the judge "my baby no more" then how can he ORDER her tubes tied without her consent?

do we now kill all deformed children? Why stop there - we could kill the pregnant woman, too, since she's deformed.
The doctors are not the ones asking for the abortion. The court appointed guardians are.
Last week the doctors decided **not** to do an abortion, since the pregnancy was progressing normally, which I assume implies a "normal" child.
The only thing that has changed is the guardians and the judge have interfered.
