Apparently he didn't learn anything from his role. What a shame!
Playing Jesus is like wearing the Hope diamond...it might be just statistical co-incidence but it is amazing how many tragic things have happened to people who have played Jesus. I saw the write-up on them once but only remember one-- Jeffrey Hunter (who was almost holy in King of Kings) fell down a flight of stairs and died as a very young man.
Words of wisdom--If given the chance, don't play Jesus.
