     the school that one of the President's daughters attends.

AND just what ARE the stats for 'bombs'/explosions at schools?

We lost a boiler at my Jr. High when I was a kid and it did a lot of damage (shool was out fortunately)!

They are pretty much sure it was a bomb.

Although exploding boilers are very bomb-like, I think it is unlikely this was a boiler.

Actually the worst incident of school violence in the country's history was a school in Michigan blown up in 1927, killing 44 kids, by a local nutjob who was treasurer of the school board and was upset by increases in local taxes. Not all the explosives went off or it would have been worse.
