That's nonsense.

Amber may have her limitations, but her story holds water.

Frankly, I am glad she got Gloria Allred to represent her. I think Amber needs someone like that -- an assertive bitch who can act as a lightning rod. They have their place.

Because, unfortunately, juries are (according to the "experts") at least at times influenced by these things. That is why the defense lawyers dress up their clients in conservative clothes. Think of the Mendez brothers.

Also there has been discussion of Scott bleaching his hair and the negative implications of it -- as well as his being seen in a suit projecting a positive image.

Surely we all have met conservative looking persons who are anything but -- and vice versa. However, profiling does take place. And makeup and clothes constitute a part of it.
