I served on a jury a couple years ago where we convicted a man for killing his wife and putting her at the bottom of the stairs. he smashed her head in with something (never found the weapon) and pretended to find her at the bottom of the stairs.

Well, that must have been fun.

Is the image in your post a link to a book about this?

yeah, that book was about the case I was on... but I haven't finished reading it. and I'm not sure if I will for a while. But I bought a copy to find out what was really going on, since they sent us out of the court room whenever something "secret" was going on.

ie...lawyers fighting over what they could and couldn't present.
