Foreign entries are the Canadian frigate HMCS Charlottetown, the British Antarctic icebreaker HMS Endurance and two tall ships _ Mexico's 297-foot naval training ship Cuauhtomoc and India's 165-foot naval ship Tarangini, which is on a round-the-world cruise.

Now, do we worry about the cargo on any of these? Particularly the ones from Mexico and India?

I'd say yes. The Mexican ship could be full of illegals trying to smuggle whoknowswhat into the country. Have no idea what India might try to smuggle in. Plus Canada might be trying to slip in a mad cow.

Looking for my tinfoil hat right now. Been a long time since I've used it. Think I need a loooong vacation :-)
