I also heard mention of "Beaches" on KABC radio here in L.A. while driving. I thought, too, that was strange. It was mentioned this way "Muslims are warned to stay away from NY and Boston, the central coastline as well as Washington and beaches."

Fox and Friends just reported that two of the terrorist suspects have said they planned to take over a plane going to the Sudan and fly it into a high rise in Saudi Arabia.

I sure hope that Homeland Security is monitoring tour buses. There are scores if not hundreds in Washington on any given day, starting in the spring. They park close to or drive by government buildings, monuments, and other tourist attractions. Many have smoked glass windows. They are all much larger than a Ryder box truck.
