Again, details are sparse; it would be good to know more about this case. How is it that he had contact with this minor child?

Well, the Clarion-Ledger, the main paper of the state of MS, does not give the details and indicates specifically that it does not post the names of victims of sexual assault.

A Rankin County grand jury charged Bobby J. Malley, 58, of 189 Dogwood Circle in Brandon, with four counts of gratification of lust. ACK! I am so screwed (literally). I'd be guilty of this crime at least once a day... LOL.
Who thinks these up? "gratification of lust"
