We need to FREEP this Recall Gray Davis Protest which will be held outside the ABC World News Tonight Town Hall Forum.

We must have a good sized crowd so that the ABC News network cameras (and other media in attendance) sees how much voter discontent there is with Davis and how strong the Recall Gray Davis grassroots movement is!

SHOW UP BEGINNING AT 3:00 - We need people until 6:00 PM or so as we will need to have a large crowd for when the panel ends and Davis, the other panelist and news media exit - so they can hear our discontent!! So if you can't get there until after work, come by then - the protest rally will still be going on!!

Join ABC's Peter Jennings for a live televised Town Hall Meeting to discuss the state's huge budget deficit and the impact it will have on education.

The program airs live on News10 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21st, followed by "World News Tonight" with Peter Jennings, taped on location in Sacramento. 

Panelist for the Town Hall Meeting will include Governor Gray Davis; State Senator Rico Oller; Rick Rodriguez, executive editor of The Sacramento Bee; Larry Lee, executive editor of The Sacramento Observer; Helen Gonzales, principal of Charles Mack Elementary School; and Kevin Johnson, president of the St. Hope Corporation. In addition to the panelists, News10 anchor Cristina Mendonsa will help moderate and take questions from the audience.

Count me in!! I think I'll Freep 'ol Petey while I'm there. He was on our local news this morning bashing FoxNews for being a cheerleader during the war. Apparently Fox was using the terms "we" and "us" in describing our troops -- oh the horror!
