[history]
Responding to last week's terrorist attacks in Riyadh, President Bush declared that "the United States will find the killers, and they will learn the meaning of American justice." This is a president who is serious about fighting and winning the war on terrorism. The liberation of Iraq and the continued effort to bring al Qaeda to justice are all the proof anyone should need.

Courtesy phone Mr Waxman.Since you seem to have a nose for investigations-why not look into the scandal of a President of the United States supporting and protecting terrorists?? It's amazing that the FBI director after getting stonewalled by Clinton, had to reach out to former President Bush. This story, along with Clinton's turn down of Osama and Hussein, should be the topic of a major investigation. Too bad the NYT is full of liars and Newsweek is too busy lurking behind potted plants at casinos.

First I have heard of this story is right here on Free Republic. This should be a major breaking story with huge implications but it looks like it won't be because it doesn't fit the Lib model of elevating Clinton.
This is really stunning.

I haven't herd a word from FNC either. Perhaps a few of us should e-mail the article to them. I will do that right now but the more the better.

This is a really good article, but it does not get the attention that it deserves when it is posted the night before. No one sees it.

It usually takes one or two days after an item hits Freeper interest for it to be discussed on talk radio and then cable news shows. Let's see if this one gets over the radar, or if it is too proBush to be considered worthy of discussion.

really makes my blood boil when I read yet agin just how little Krsip Kreme Blow Job Bill really cared for the people of this nation.
He could not obtain votes and it was politically risky to go after terrorists.
NEVER ALLOW A Demon-crat in AGAIN!!!
This nation's security is to precious.

It's a non justiciable issue in America. We can't have juntas lining up the prevoius junta's and letting loose the assault weapons.
It is a political issue and the republicans are either gutless, neutered or incapable of realising that is and should be an issue.

Rebump for an important yet undervisited thread.
It directly contradicts the dim claim that the dims would be better at protecting America. I mean I laugh when I hear it but there are those want to suck suck nonsense up.

For the record: This was discussed on Brit Hume's show and the news hour which follows him on Fox.
I wonder if ABCNNBC mentioned it?

Thanks for the information on this being discussed on Fox. I missed those shows this evening (grandson's soccer game) and am glad to know at least SOMEONE talked about it! Thank goodness Britt Hume is alert and on the job!

I would leaves out the word 'either' but then some people think I'm a fanatic on this issue.

Thank you for the ping, MEG. Bill O'Reilly minimized this story in his customarily derisive fashion tonight (along with that shaggy, boyish 'security expert'), by spinning Khobar - as he does most things Saudi - into GHW Bush's fault. Louis Freeh's somehow 'blinded' by his dislike of Clinton. It would be more accurate to claim that the Devil made O'Reilly blame Bush for Khobar towers. (sorry, feeling snippy about the 24/7 left-wing lies).
Night, MEG.
