Clinton's 14-Year-Old Monica?
NewsMax.com ^ | 5/19/03 | Carl Limbacher and NewsMax.com Staff

Ex-President Bill Clinton and his defenders are reveling in the discovery that President John F. Kennedy had a Monica Lewinsky of his own, with Clinton himself set to capitalize on the find during a personal appearance at Boston's JFK Library later this month designed to rehabilitate his scandal-scarred legacy.

Adding to the Clintonista's delight, Kennedy's Monica, Mimi Beardsley, was just 19-years-old at the time she cavorted in the White House - a full three years younger than Lewinsky when she earned her presidential kneepads.

But as welcome as the news of Kennedy's intern certainly is for some, the way the story was reported could open up what would be an uncomfortable can of worms for the ex-president - allegations that Clinton himself once had a sexual encounter with a fourteen year-old girl.

For the first 24-hours of the Kennedy intern story, Mimi's identity was completely unknown. The New York Daily News, which front-paged the story last Monday, had only an account from another Kennedy staffer, Barbara Gamarekian, who told presidential biographer Robert Dallek that she knew Mimi's first name but refused to divulge it.

Still, armed with only Gamarekian's hearsay account about an unnamed woman who had yet to confirm or deny the story, 75 mainstream media outlets covered the story the next day, a LexisNexis search shows.

It wasn't till Thursday that the News was able to identify Beardsley - now 60-year-old Mimi Fahnestock - who News reporters located at her job at a Manhattan Presbyterian church. Thousands of press reports followed.

But during that critical Tuesday when news outlets ballyhooed Gamarekian's unsourced allegation, reporters had little more to go on than what Rick Lambert knew in 1997 - about an unnamed woman who had reportedly told friends that Bill Clinton, while governor of Arkansas, forced himself on her when she was just fourteen.

Lambert, along with his wife Beverly, were the Texas private investigators hired by Paula Jones' lawfirm to unearth Jane Does who could corroborate her sexual harassment story.

Of all the allegations he came across, Lambert told NewsMax that Clinton's apparent encounter with the young teen disturbed him the most.

The incident is said to have happened in 1984, at a party hosted by then-Little Rock bond dealer Dan Lasater, who later went to jail for supplying cocaine to underage girls. In exchange they were supposed to agree to have sex with men he invited to his soirees.

By numerous accounts, Lasater was one of Clinton's closest associates in the 1980s.

As told to Lambert, the 14-year-old was rendered unconscious by a deliberate overdose. When she came to she was half-naked, with the governor of the state of Arkansas on top of her.

According to Lambert, the young assault victim fled Arkansas when Gov. Clinton won the 1992 Democratic presidential nomination. The private detective, along with several reporters, traced the woman to California. After a stakeout that lasted several days, they concluded she had been tipped off and fled town, never to be seen or heard from again.

When investigator Lambert first revealed his story about the elusive 14-year-old to NewsMax, Bill Clinton had just been acquitted of Sexgate impeachment charges. But unlike the story of JFK's intern, the mainstream media had no interest in the bombshell allegation.

Now that reporters have chased down Mimi Fahenstock in a thinly veiled attempt to repair Bill Clinton's image, it's worth remembering the story about the president and the teenager they weren't interested in telling.

Ex-President Bill Clinton . . . [is] reveling in the discovery that President John F. Kennedy had a Monica Lewinsky of his own . . .

Why in the world is he reveling in that comparison? Wouldn't the comparison to Ceausescu's notorious rapist son be more apt? Or how about the comparison to Uday Hussein? Both picked young girls off the street, or out of newspapers and magazines, and had henchmen haul them in for raping and/or sometimes killing. Both enjoyed the protection afforded them by their high government positions and were protected from scrutiny for years by a state-run press. Both spent a significant portion of each day raping girls and getting high.

Kennedy was a fairly loathsome character IMO, but for Clinton to compare himself to JFK is about as far off the mark as you can get and should give Clinton no comfort whatsoever.

In both cases, Willie and JFK, what did members of the media know and when did they know it? There is no doubt in my mind that Wash. Post people knew about JFK and some/many/most of his non-Jackie women and said nothing because, (1) he was a liberal democrat, and (2) they were afraid what Bobie's hit men would do.

With Willie, the same thing. The 14 year old? Hell, she's living in Australia, a mile or two from Danny Williams and his mother.

Jone's investigators Mr. and Mrs. Rick Lambert told Matt Drudge on his Foxnews TV show the 2nd week of March 99 that several women had come forward that had been raped by Clinton. Two mothers informed them that their daughters had been raped by Clinton. One of the daughters who now lives in California was raped in the back of a limo.

I've been told there is testimony in the Congressional records --the records democrats refused to view prior to the Senate trial-- in which sinkWilly's frequenting the cocaine and whores parties was well documented. Even if he didn't rape some 13 year old, he 'was a cocaine beast partying with drug addicts and pushers just eight years before running for preident!'

REVELING: "To take much pleasure, to make merry.." Omigosh! The corrupt RATs, lead by the unendingly immoral First Rapist, show the true character of the RAT Party! Will the Klintoon scandals ever end? Nahhhhh! He's had years of philandering, raping and groping with who knows how many willing and unwilling victims. Where's NOW when they are needed?

Whatever. Clinton's not the President any more. This is all a waste of time. If this 14-year-old shows up and talks, then maybe I'll listen. Otherwise, it's of no interest. Cocaine? I don't think we want to go there, and I doubt that Bush wants to, either. It's all nonsense. Clinton was President. He's not any more. Bush is President. End of story.

A lot of people think that all this news coming out now about JFK having all these affairs is from the Clinton crowd trying to say "see even JFK did it so Bubba is not so bad". I am beginning to beleive it. But, in my opinion all it will do is make JFK look worse and Bubba as bad too. I do not see how it will help Bubba.

Yet another Democrat icon is tossed down the stairs to cushion Slick Willie's fall. When will the decent members of the Democrat party stand up and say "no more" to Bubba and his lovely bride?

It's not nonsense when it applies to a person's character...and how past events shaped "said" character.

On the one hand, you've got a shape shifting lying snake..saying "Yeah, I tried it once. But I didn't inhale." On the other you have a guy....who's admitted to drinking too much....I believe he's basically admitted to having a "problem" with alcohol. I also think he handled the "other" questions in the way I'd probably myself handle them....I believe he's said to judge him on the present. Judge him on his words, and his actions in the "now". I certainly wouldn't look you in the face and tell you I never "inhaled"..or "snorted"..or "I not once, no never had inappropiate relations, with that woman".....

Good gosh, man..!!!

Patti-Anne Smith, who was only 16 years old when she met Little Rock's most notorious "bond daddy":

"I was a virgin until two months after I met Dan Lasater. He plied me with cocaine and gifts for sexual favors and I finally gave in and slept with him. ... I could get an eight ball [from Lasater] whenever I wanted it. I carried a vial of it around at school."

"I was the youngest of all the girls," Patti-Anne told Evans-Pritchard. "We were like hens in a roost, with the rooster. We got along in a bitchy kind of way because we didn't want to be expelled from the roost."

"I knew a lot more than I should have known. ... Chuck Berry [Lasater's enforcer/driver who was later killed himself] told me that I was one of Dan Lasater's most trusted people and knew a lot about cocaine and his personal life. If I ever betrayed his personal trust and hurt Lasater in any way I would not 'see daylight' to tell about it anymore."

Patti-Anne told Evans-Pritchard that Bill as well as Roger Clinton was a part of the Little Rock drug scene.

"I met Bill Clinton several times, he'd know my name and I thought he was a wonderful person. But I can tell you that he was never acting like a governor when I saw him."

The former Lasater good-time girl says she was present for one late-night meeting between her boss and then-Governor Clinton.

"He was doing a line," Patti-Anne said of the future president. "It was just there on the table."

Personally, I'd rather much of the more sordid stuff about Clinton stay under wraps. Why? Because Clinton is smelly enough with his current baggage to deter potential Dem voters from the party every time he speaks, but not so smelly as to drive hard-core Dems away from him - so they keep embracing the skunk and then wonder why the voters think they smell as well. A perfect political condition to help drive the Dems into oblivion.

When Lasater was sent to prison in 1986 for drug distribution - according to police files he served lines of cocaine on silver trays at parties - it was (Patsy)Thomasson who managed his business empire.

As head of personnel at the White House(and Hillary's best friend), she has access to confidential files on every staff member. Known as the Enforcer, she is said to be fiercely loyal to President Clinton(but MORE loyal to Hillary).

Unless they were making the allegation up, it is historical fact and the motives for digging it up are irrelevant. JFK did the deed.
