Yeah, when I got to that line my eyes immediately shot back up to the source link. I fully expected to see that this piece was from the Onion, or Registered, or some comedy site. Hilarious stuff.

Howell Raines didn't care, as long as any article made Bush or any member of his admin look bad!! Such is the depth of Howell's rage and hatred of any Bush. The guy is not only incompetent, but his rage has defeated him.
