I do believe the dear boy forgot to mention the East German spy Kennedy was messing around with. Oh well, we can't put anything in there that might impact negatively on national security can we...

When I was a kid I thought Kennedy was 'the guy'. It's been a rather slow process over the years, but I've come to the conclusion that Kennedy was a moral wasteland. Aided by the press his true character was hidden and a make-believe version honed to build him up.

Look at the trash leaders the Democrats have foisted off on this nation in the last forty-five years. And people are upset about Bush????? He may not be perfect, but he's no John Kennedy, thank God.

The article mentions the East German spy of Cold War era, but not the Nazi spy he diddled with 20 years before. I seem to recall reading about a campaign worker he impregnated in the 1950s (right on a desk in his Boston campaign office), whom he forced to have an abortion.

including Ellen Rometsch, a suspected East German spy who romped naked in the White House pool.

Rumors have it that he actually married her and when he began his political career, old Joe pulled out all the stops to get that story killed and threatened everybody in Washington, literally.

If I am not mistaken, that very episode is the origination of the phrase "scorched earth policy."
