"YES! I was expecting a long, coherent article.....sheesh...this looks like some 15 year old wrote it, just without the "ya know" parts."

You're right. The person that wrote this "lexicon" is definately a recent product of the Publik Skool System!

YEP! You got that right..

Nother way of saying it is:

Pro-Life: We do not support killing unborn children simply because you can't keep your pants on, sorry. If you want to kill them, then you had better hope they commit a capital crime..

Cause that's the only way we are going to give you the go-ahead.

Yes, it occurred to me that what she is saying that she believes in aborting all these unwanted children JUST IN CASE some of them become criminals. Yo, Beethoven was the umpteenth child of an unmarried prostitute. If there'd been abortion on demand in those days, and Ma Beethoven had "chosen" it (or been talked into it by a bunch of NOW harpies), just think what we'd have missed. And by the way, Leopold & Loeb were very much wanted children from elite families. They killed a schoolboy for the thrill of it.

Death penalty and abortion:

Democrat: Supports killing the innocent, and releasing the guilty:

Republican: Support detention and perhaps even death for the guilty, and allowing the innocent to live.

The Republicans also understand that when an activity, such as infanticide, is rewarded, you get more of it. When you punish it, you get less. Democrats, as usual presume that when the return on a behavior changes, that noone will change the way they act. Accordingly the Democrats reject "Dynamic Scoring" and deny that the government power will have any effect. Of course, they seek additional government power at every opportunity!

So it brings me to my final point.

Democrat: Insane.

The "I was a Republican" part was pretty funny...

If the Pubs don't return to Constitutional values, they'll wonder how the "silent majority" that put GWB into office managed to disappear. Funny thing, many people on this forum, including the author, are telling the Pubs that there are reasons to bolt the Party, but the others merely flame them and invite them to go away. So, when they go away, who will laugh with glee? The Dems.

If there is dessention in the ranks, its best to "check it out" rather than command silence. Of course, "died in the wool" types with no sense of humor will never want to listen to any explaination of the problem, they'll only demand compliance.

This is funny to me because I've been under heavy attack on this forum for being one of the little voice that screams, "but what about the Constitution?". I'm also one of those that happens to know where the "silent majority" vote comes from, and what could make it go away.

Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You're wrong on two points:

There is nothing 'liberal' about Socialism, we have to find a more descriptive term, like czar-ism.

Prohibition is a foolish heavy-handed mistake. Supporters never learned from the twenties, and are responsible for the deaths and incarceration of many who deserved a chance at rehabilitation and Christian help, not beatings and rape behind government bars. 2003, ganster rap, drive-by shootings, thug life; thanks for the retro, but no-thanks.

Pro-life: We support the births of millions of unwanted children. However, if they become criminals, we reserve the right to exterminate all of them. At least they had their chance at life.

LOL, that's not too far off of what I would write! I'd take out "unwanted", since millions of parents are desperate to adopt (hence, they are wanted), and I'd add "the worst of the worst" before criminal, further tempered by "after a decade of multiple trials all featuring unanimous judges and juries".
The intriguing part is that this moron ses no problem with exterminating "unwanted" people.

Patriotic: We love the Republican president and will give him all of the power he desires as long as he does what we want.

I share this concern about the abuses of power, and try to hold GWB to the same standards (ie, their Oath) as every other President. However, loving GWB is not the benchmark for "patriot"... loving the flag, the Founding principles as expressed in the Constitution, Equal Rights for ALL Americans, and a love of the nations despite its sometimes unfortunate past (not relishing the right to denigrate the nation for those events, nor the joy taken in burning the flag, nor the promotion of a "living" Constitution, nor the promotion of certain groups above others for whatever reason.)

Un-American: Anyone who refers to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Now this is just silly. We refer to those who attack the Constitution as "un-American"... it's not because they cite it, but because they try to destroy it.

Compassionate conservatism: We support others who are not like us as long as they live their lives in the ways we tell them. If they do not, we will kick them (hard) when they are down.

LOL. You gotta love the implication that we must support others that we do not like, especially financially. I thought it was tolerance they were pushing. I guess they have "cranked it up a notch". I also love the idea that not giving someone your hard-earned money, rather than keeping it for your own family and bills, is "kicking them... hard". ROFL.

Family values: Families shall have two conservative, seemingly heterosexual parents where the male is dominant and the woman recognizes his power.

Not dominant, merely equal, responsible, and respected... and he should recognize the powers his wife weilds, as well. (Or else she'll make sure he does, heh-heh!)

Christian: Members of the Southern Baptist Convention and adherents to its principles.

Uhh, no, merely believing in Christ and his principles... check the name of the faith, moron.

I used to be a Republican until they frightened me.

*sigh* I knew this dolt was French. ;^) Guess what, coward... life is frightening. When you look to government to be your Mommy, nanny, and savior, you are giving them all those powers that you just said were scary in a President. Wake up. Soon.
