Anyone can set up a proprietary front company such as a "garden supply wholesaler" and accumulate tons and tons of AN fertilzer.

Or a fuel distributership.

Or if that is too much trouble, a hijacked tanker truck can be driven into the lobby of a skyscraper. 6,000 gallons of burning gasoline will do the same to that building that the fuel did to the WTC.

You brought up a good point about Storage. Wouldn't it be wise for the Government to issue this warning to Storage Companies to report anything suspicious? God knows when I go to mine, i see alot of unseemliness!
