U.S. public warned to be on alert for truck bombers

In the wake of the deadly terrorist attacks in Saudi Arabia this week, the State Department issued a nationwide alert yesterday for the U.S. public and American businesses to be on the lookout for possible attacks by suicide truck bombers in this country. I am willing to cooperate. However, how do I recognize a truck bomber when I see one?

President Bush has absolutely refused to address the wide open borders and out of control immigration policies. It has become a national disgrace and an epic national security nightmare.

Want real glaring proof?

Look no further than the commercial truck that was hauling the 40 foot trailer, that was packed with human cargo just the other day in Texas, with dead bodies all over the place.

I wonder if it has occurred to others that this commercial trailer in Texas, that entered unabated, unchecked, from Mexico, could have easily been packed with brutal bio weapons, bombs or bomb materials that could have contaminated a city like Dallas Texas for 150 years, killing hundreds of thousands.

There could have been 50 highly trained terrorist, all carrying bio weapons or other nasty weapons of mass destruction, and once here, scattering all over the landscape.

Hundreds of tractor trailers enter the United States from Mexico, completely unabated with unknown cargos every single day! Thousands every week.

Is this the Homeland Security that we are paying billions for, that President Bush speaks of?

Think of it. It's real, it could happen so easily, killing thousands or possibly much worse....

Is the terrorist threat real? If so, why are we allowing ourselves to be sitting ducks?

Or a fuel distributership. Or if that is too much trouble, a hijacked tanker truck can be driven into the lobby of a skyscraper. 6,000 gallons of burning gasoline will do the same to that building that the fuel did to the WTC.

Practically every independent convenience store / gas station is owned by a Middle Easterner. Besides the opportunity of lighting up the underground tanks at the station, it would not be difficult to grab the truck and make a suicide run....

It is laughably easy in the USA to start (or buy) a "proprietary front company." Especially if foreign backers provide operating cash, and don't care if you make a profit.

A fuei distributer could send ten suicide tanker truck drivers out one morning and destroy a half dozen major buildings in one city and kill thousands, trapped above the flames.

Typo. Fuel. Gasoline in particular, about 6,000 gallons per tanker truck. Imagine such a tanker blasting into the lobby of an office tower at 75MPH, and igniting.

Now everyone sit down; this is going to sound harsh and cruel, but, this is the solution to terror bombing.

All suicide bombers must be shown that all of their first degree relatives will be killed after their act. Finito.

I told you it was extreme; but, this is the only solution I know of to suicide terror.

All illegals, from the info I've read on this story, crossed the border indivdually and met with this truck in Southern Texas.

That trucker was paid in that Texas city to drive them all to Houston.

While the suicide bombers may actually NOT care, their families sure will. No more videos of the fathers of these guys saying: "Oh...I wish I could be with Achmed and join him in paradise (doing all those things I was forbidden to do now)."

No...somehow I feel that when the stakes are raised as I suggest the families will do their utmost to stop the terorist before he acts.

Well, that simply means the suicide bomber recruits will have to recruit the families too. What will happen is the entire family will attack.

But nobody in the civilized Western world will execute such a plan. Not the USA, not Israel.

Impossible to recruit all the first degree relatives: no way. But, I agree with you: neither we nor the Israelis (at this point, anyway) will execute such a plan. That, however, does not deter me from beliveing that this is the ONLY solution to the scourge of terrorism. Five truck bombs across the Fruited Plain may change all that, though.

More realistically, think about this....

If the Mexicans were able to get 50 plus well, mostly alive people 300 miles inside the border up to Victoria, TX in a tractor-trailer, just how far is it up to Los Angeles with a nuke in the back of one? Or 45,000 lbs of cyanide? Or God knows what? I'm so glad W is protecting our borders so completely.</sarcasm barfing off.......GOT P.I...???
