You attemting to intellectualize that prior post is like trying to base your whole philosophy of life on the movie Spaceballs! Question: Do you think that there is any way to eliminate the use of presently-illegal drugs in this country which would be effective and yet consistent with the Constitution of the United States?

Sure, same way as you handle rapists, murderers and thieves...
You take the laws of the land that have been voted in by our representatives in this Democratic Republic and have them accountable by enforcement of those laws.
Why? You weren't going to just go out there and just take them out on your own were you? That is against many similar type laws of the land as well.
Leave it to the professionals.

(which, BTW, happens to be the Constituitional procedure...) Why don't the druggie-enablers here on FR damn the judge, too, for issuing the warrant?
I do believe that quiet surveillance of this informant's address information would have cleared things up... I do wonder why the police were in such a hurry to serve the search warrant.
