The kind of stupid question that doesn't even consider whether there should be any resistance to the ban. RAT poll.

No matter what side wins, CNN will spin it their way. Bingo! No need to give them hits.

I guess the right answer is "no". That's the problem with these polls, they assume too much in the question. The real question should be: Should President Bush support the renewal of the AW ban and if so, should he be more high profile in his support. With four possible answers. Should support and should be higher profile in his support. Should support but his profile is OK. Should oppose but not push it. Should oppose and push hard against it. I'd vote for number four. The question assumes Bushes support for the renewal is a done deal, and maybe it is, but they shouldn't have assumned that it was also the responders opinion.

While scrolling through the channels the other night I saw that CNN was going to run a "special" on "assault weapons".
I couldn't bring myself to watch it even though I probably should've so that I could've more effectively argue the case against them.

What a bogus poll! CNN will never stop trying to foist it's left leanings on the country.

I know but it's the hand we're dealt.
It doesn't mean that we shouldn't keep trying.
