Why are all the National Weather Service(NOAA) radars down for 2.5 hours now?

OK, I can't find any NOAA radar that has been updated since 9:20-9:30pm central. Anyone know why? Checked a half dozen all over the country, all gave the same result.
Not the world's biggest story, but kinda weird that they are all frozen for 2.5 hours now.

It's actually Art Bell channeling George Noory. Sometimes the incredible psychic vibes have been known to knock out all the weather radars in the -- uh oh.
