Just what don't you guys understand about DOA? I'm not convinced it is DOA.
Why? Because the SINate is fillibustering the gun lawsuit ban, and I can see an AW ban used as a bargaining chip.

Not gonna happen. AW is dead in the house, not gonna make it out of committee. Right now we love Democratic filibusters in the Senate, "Democrat Obstructionism" was the theme in 02 and it's gonna be the theme in 04. The more filibusters they're in the more seats we gain.
