Torch the place. The "meeting" is little more than a "save my butt" campaign for Howell, Gerald and Arthur.

Rush has a piece up today about how Drudge will always get the inside scoop when something is fishy and someone elese wants to blow the whistle.
This email is priceless. Drudge has sources in every newsroom in the world, whether he knows it or not.

The vehemence and prominence and printing of his picture - that guy wasn't just shamed, he was lynched.

At the NY Times, it's not lying that's wrong; it's getting caught.

I found this on 'the other site:'
This is an Outrage ---- Totally Uncalled For!
This will sicken any normal person. How something as this can happen today is beyond belief. When I first heard this I felt anger and outrage. Please if you are sensitive do not read further! This is beyond the pale of civilized behavior. The whole world should feel revulsion and sickened that anything like this could transpire. I am mad! There is a feeling of sadness for humanity. That events such as this are uncommon is a blessing we would live a horrific world were it not so. Please this is not for the faint of heart! We should all be incensed with this. I know I intend to take action and encourage you to do so likewise. Write our political leaders and tell them we will not stand for this. Call your religious leaders tell them that this has to cease. Work with civic groups and put a stop to this. We cannot and we must not allow this to go on. Please, please help me and help me help you.
They did not say what it was about. Just a general, all-purpose rant I guess.

anything else you might have on your mind.
Yeah, right. Who in their right might is going to question The King Raines? Sounds like he's the main problem of the Times, thinking that he can do no wrong.
