"Sure, I enjoy the odd curry and a pint or two, but I am not fat at all. That's unfair," he said. "I play cricket for my local club and coach junior football, so if anything, I think I am quite sporty."

Then what's he whinging about? His body mass index is 29.87. Normal weight is BMI <25. Overweight is 25>30. Obese is >30. Although some athletes with high muscle density may have a BMI that is >25 and be relatively lean, they generally won't look obese. I guarantee that this copper who enjoys the "odd curry and a pint or two" is a chunky monkey with a broad beam.

Given that the copper is carting around about 32 pounds of excess fat, the teen is having to pay him (at current exchange rates) about $5.05 a pound. Pretty steep price for lard on the hoof.

14 X 14 = 196 lbs
